Terms of Service – Clearline Cleaners LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Clearline Cleaners LLC—whether online, by phone, or by text—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

2. Services Offered

Clearline Cleaners LLC provides residential cleaning services, including Initial Reset Cleans, Ongoing Maintenance Cleans, and approved add-on services. All services are scheduled through our online booking platform powered by BookingKoala.

3. Independent Contractors

All cleaning professionals dispatched by Clearline Cleaners LLC are independent contractors and not employees. While providers are vetted, Clearline Cleaners LLC is not responsible for actions outside the agreed scope of service.

4. Pricing & Payments

A valid credit or debit card is required at booking and securely stored via Stripe.

No charges are made upfront for completed services.

Cards are charged only after service completion, unless a cancellation or lockout fee applies.

Pricing is subject to adjustment if the scope of work materially differs from booking details.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before service incur no fee.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.

6. Service Satisfaction

Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Reasonable efforts may include a re-clean. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Clearline Cleaners LLC.

7. Lockout / No-Access Policy

If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, a $75 lockout fee will be charged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Locked doors or incorrect access instructions

No response from the customer at time of arrival

Unsecured or aggressive pets

Alarm systems not disabled
```

Any condition preventing safe access or service completion

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Secure valuables and fragile items

Disclose pets, allergies, or special needs in advance

Pets must be secured. If pets prevent service, the visit may be canceled and a lockout fee applied.

9. Charge Authorization

By booking with Clearline Cleaners LLC, you authorize charges to your card on file for:

10. Liability Disclaimer

Clearline Cleaners LLC is not liable for:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
